My partner and I had a great stay here! The owners are really friendly and the breakfast was perfect. The location is excellent if you are planning to hike Snowdon and there is parking available onsite which is ideal. I would highly recommend staying here, it was great value for the price and we would definitely visit again.

We stayed at Dolafon Guest House and absolutely loved our experience. The place is run by a lovely couple, and everything was perfect — spotless, cozy, warm, and very close to the town centre. The breakfast was outstanding; you honestly won’t find anything more delicious outside. They offer overnight oats, a full Welsh or vegetarian Welsh breakfast, fried or scrambled eggs on toast, and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on a toasted bagel. There is also a small buffet area with yogurt, oats, bananas, orange juice, and milk. The house has six rooms and is clearly a beautifully converted traditional property. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the towels smelled wonderfully fresh. We used Dolafon as a base to visit nearby towns such as Conwy, Beaumaris, Llandudno, Caernarfon, and Betws-y-Coed — all only about 15–20 miles away. We visited in November, so some attractions like trains and the Puffin Island tour were closed for the season, but the peacefulness and quiet of the area made our trip even more relaxing. A huge thank you to the owners of Dolafon Guest House for providing us with such a warm, welcoming home during our stay. We will definitely return!
